The directions say to just unhook my wires from my old alternator and unplug the voltage regulator/alternator harness. Then just run the single wire to the starter relay and that it. What I am wondering is what do you do with old alternator wires? I could tape them up, but aren't they still hot?? Any help would be apprciated, thanks.
