Okay, new problem. My starter relay energizes whenever the ignition is switched "on." I tested the ignition switch with a multimeter, and it seems okay. I have a new underdash harness and headlight harness, only deviation from stock is a 100-amp powermaster 1-wire alternator. Seems like a dumb wiring mistake sort of problem, but I've checked over all my connections several times and I'm stumped. Any ideas?

Do you have any wires reversed on the solenoid?

Not according to the diagram - but I'll try swapping the Red/blue and brown.

Okay... foot in mouth. I had them reversed, works perfect now. :P What did I say about dumb wiring mistake?
