I'm about to replace my C-4 with a T-5 in my 67 w/289. Do I need a T-5 block plate?

Yes, you'll need the block plate for the T5 bellhousing.

You need a block plate that matches the bellhousing you plan to use.

I've done a few t5 swaps where I used the stock 3spd/4spd bellhousing and all original clutch pedal linkage. Makes it easy to find parts.

If you use the t5 bellhousing you will also need to use either a hydraulic or cable operated clutch pedal assembly.
