I was wondering if a person could run things like electric fans, one wire alternators, stuff like that off the post on the starter instead of connecting them all to the positive battery post side of the starter solonoid that's on the fender wall??? Just kind of curious because mine is getting kind of full.

No, because the starter side of the solenoid is only hot when the key is in the "Start" position.
