I am trying to decide on whether or not to go with a roll bar/cage. I want to keep the rear seat useable if possible.

Can you guys post pics or email them to me so that I can get ideas?

Where can I buy one, or would it be better to have one made?

You can get them from Autopower. They have one with the removable cross brace.

I have the 6pt bolt in cage, but I had no desire to ever use the rear area for seating again.
There's pics below at my site.

The easiest way to find something lost, is to buy a replacement.

Maybe check cobraautomotive.com
I think they have them and so does Tony Branda: cobranda.com
but I believe his says it does away with the back seat.

Yep,
Branda's roll bar does away with the rear seat & says to use the 65 GT350 rear tray.

SilverblueBP,
I checked out your pics. AWESOME LOOKING RIDE!!!
Does the K&N Xtreme top air filter make much of a difference in power with the Shelby hood scoop?

Thanks.
Joe

I would think that the lid would make a big difference. Air would travel through the scoop and be forced directly into the motor. Looks like a good idea to me.

Right,
Looks like a good idea but I wonder if it's worth the $$ in terms of added HP???

FYI-No roll bars at Cobra Automotive (just about everything else though for performance enhancement).

I'll have to see if the lid makes a difference. Our Mustang club here in Bend is having a Dyno Day this Saturday.

If you've got the time, it might be interesting to see what, if any, difference the dyno will show running (1) with the K&N filter top, (2) with a solid air cleaner top, (3) with no air cleaner at all.....

Keep us posted!
