most auto parts stores carry a specific plexiglass cleaner....if yours doesn't, check with a motorcycle shop....ask what they use on their windshields......it's just a really, really thin wax type solution....(works great on clouded headlights too !)

The Harley dealers have windshield cleaner and a separate polish that work great for this.

Maguiars makes a clear plastic cleaner, and a clear plastic polish. We sell it in our catalog specifically for refurbishing convertible rear windows, but you can find it at any auto paint supply house.
