Is there a difference in water pump from a 91 302 ho to an old 302 non ho?(cooling,not rotation)

nope. Not other than the rotation. One pump does the same as another. I put a 95 motor in my car reciently and changed the timing cover over to allow the normal direction pump to work. iF you kept the old timing cover and water pump then as long as you have the reverse serp belt on there you should be fine.

They have different lengths also.
Serpentine belt vs V belt.
