First of all - don't yell (typing in caps means you are yelling)

Here is a link that might help.

It is common to use the C4 from a 6 cylinder car with a V8.

Don't forget to swap in the heavier duty v-8 spindles.

I swapped a 351C into a 6 cyl '68 F100 about 25 years ago. The C4 worked just fine. Really woke up that old pickup too!

Check this month's Mustang Monthly. They show the necessary upgrades to do in order to replace a I6 by a V8.
Good luck, Rino

What else is required to go to 5-lug suspension besides spindles?

You'll need the heavier springs and the larger swaybar too. Don't forget to swap out the rear too. You don't want 5-lugs on the front and only 4 on the rear.

An 8 incher will do fine. There is always fear that an engine that makes more than 300 HP will eat an 8" rear but with an auto tranny in a street driven car there is no need to worry about that. Now if you want to supercharge the engine beyond that and put slicks on it to run it at the track I would say go with a 9".
