Will 11" brakes work with a factory ford 14" wheel?
I have the 68 style steel wheels that use the center caps.

That's exactly the setup I have and they work fine, at least I'm 99% sure. I didn't measure the rotors, but they came off a 72 Stang, and all 71-3 Stangs had 11-inch rotors, didn't they? Anyone?

As long as the wheel doesn't taper off, I think you should be ok.

It depends on the wheel and the caliper. I have 11" Granada rotors on my II with GM calipers. I hade to grind the casting of the caliper a bit to get American racing "outlaw II's" to fit.

I guess I should have clarified, I am talking about 11" drum brakes on the rear.

They should fit with no issues at all. 11" inside the drum shouldn't be more than 12" outside the drum. You should have no issues...
