I have a early model 65 mustang 6 cyl,3 speed. I want to get a later model trany. Will any 64-69 3 speed work, Or am I dreaming. Thank Russ

Get a 67/8 6cyl bellhousing and you can put in a 67 up trans which is same as the V-8 3 spd. You could even put in a 4 speed. Driveshaft yoke probably has to be changed. There are probably some here that have done that swap.
