Does anyone have the listings for Autoline carbs.I have two early Mustang 4V carbs with the Autoline rebuilders tag on them.

Autoline C-820...appears to be a factory 3 or 4 spd carb..

Autoline C-830...has kick down linkage and some sort of compensator valve/tube in secondary air horn..

Both carbs have aprox 1.55 throttle plates.

Thanks....Cory

Cory,
Is there a number stamped into the baseplate?
Look on the side of the baseplate near the front driver's side carb stud. Might be a number like C60z-A.
Also on the driver's side of the front fuel bowl there will be either a 1.08 or a 1.12 in a small stamped circle, about the size of a dime.

Found some numbers. They are both 1.12.Number was behind the pump arm.

Manual trans carb apperars to be a C4AF DG
Auto carb is only stamped 6 AL

Since they are both 1.12 venturi, they are rated at about 600 cfm.

Manual trans carb C4AF-DG, closest thing I can find is DH, for a 64 full size Ford with a 352 or 390.

Auto trans carb 6 AL is probably a 66 full size ford with a 352

Scott, As long as you're lookin' up carb numbers...what would be the correct carb for a 65' 289 210 horse and 289 271 horse engine? Did these also have 1.12 venturis?
Any ideas on what cfm they would be rated at?

Thanks, Mark

Mustangs have different carb numbers than full-size, so I'll assume Mustang here. I'll also assume you meant to say a 225 horse or a 271 horse.

Auto trans C5ZF-C or E, with road draft tube would be -J

Manual trans C5ZF-D or F, with road draft tube would be -K

both marked 1.08 on the side and rated about 480 cfm

I don't have a listing for a 289 HiPo with auto trans, only manual, and the carb number would be C4OF-AL, or C5OF-J, both with manual choke only. It would be a 1.12

Thanks Scott. I think you're right , I meant 225 hose engine. Isn't a 210 horsepower engine a 2bbl?

You're getting close....289 2v was rated at 200hp.
