I wanted to replace the front and rear aprons on a '70fb. begin a novis at body work I cut the old ones out before I took any measurements. How critial is the distance from the fire wall to the radiator support. And where can I get a copy of the measurements if I need them.

Not sure if its overkill or not, but you could buy a panel that has both aprons and the shock tower in the middle already welded together.

I'll try to remember to come back and post some pics for you.

Here you go. Probably overkill for what you are doing. Not too many more steps to being able to buy the whole car.
