I just put a order in for this new brace....

I got it from Laurel Mnt Mustang, I'll let everyone know how it fits once I get it.

Looks like it would eliminate the annoying problem with monte carlo bolts hitting hoods.

I've used carriage bolts (like bumper bolts) painted black to overcome this, plus it give a nice finished look.

Yup, I am detailing the engine bay right now. But I did test fit it and it seems to fit good. I'll have pictures by this weekend or early next week.

Okay, This is the brace mounted up, It fit pretty good, All I really had to do was jack the car up and let the shock towers sag back out...

Nice! I like the looks of it! Much cleaner look than the OEM braces.

I'm not able to tell from the angle of your pic, does it allow you to use your OEM-style distributor cap without interference?
