Getting the floors fixed. Short pan and floor support on driver's side, both toe boards and both torque boxes. After that I'll get the new front and rear springs installed and start putting the interior back together. Thinking about adding a red reflective C stripe to it. We'll see.

Dave,
I like the idea of the "C" stripe to match your interior. I have also looked at several Black with Gold "C" stripe, '68s. Looked sharp. Just an idea for you. Glad to hear your new baby is in the shop get some new metal. Keep us posted on the progress, please.

Sounds like the Girls are gonna have a great car once you're done Dave, and it's so cool that they help when they can too. You sure you gonna be able to just let this car go? J/K

I'm not planning on giving the car up. It's my car. They're just going to borrow it for a little while.

What color scheme do you have on the car and does it have a vinyl top?

I should have bit the bullet and sent my coupe out to get painted. It would have cost me but at least it would have been done and I could be spending what little time I have with the fastback.

Then again maybe I should just send the fastback out for a new paint job.

The car is Raven Black with Dark Red interior which is correct according to the door tag. No vinyl top. The car was painted just before I bought it by the guy that's doing my floors. He told me that both quarters and one fender was replaced along with both bumpers and the tailight trim. He has no idea why the guy didn't go ahead and do the floors.
