SHE'S ALIVE!!!!!!!!! Purrs like a new baby kitten. (Do fillies purr?)This morning I posted that she wouldn't run. The brand new yellow top coil is junk! So INDY has one that works borrowed temporarily from another Epperstang. Still much to do tonight to leave for Las Vegas tomorrow. We originally had hoped to leave today. Oh well. The end is in sight. Well, you know... it's never over but at least she's looking like a car again. And a purdy pony at that. Yesterday she became "Official" and earned her stripes. Beautiful! Those are borrowed Magnums and tires. Tonight she'll get her little skinny bias plies and wheel covers. Here's INDY's new stable. BIG SIGH! J. Glad you got her running right, the car looks Fantastic you guys have done a ton of work to it and you should be proud as to how she turned out. What I can see as the best part of the entire restoration process is that it was a family project. Well done and good luck at the show. ------------------ JOHN 65 FASTBACK 2+2...14.44 @ 107 MPH 87 TAURUS WAGON 03 F150 XLT SUPER CREW 4X4 SHORT BOX Member: PACIFIC COAST MUSTANG ASSOCIATION Member:Vancouver Island Mustang Association M&M #1710 65 FASTBACK 2003 F150 XLT SUPER CREW 4X4

John and everyone who attempted to help in my previous post... Thanks so much for your thoughts and time. I really appreciate your help.We have a concours correct hard to get distributor and attempted to have it rebuilt today without luck assuming that was the problem since it came out of an old car and wasn't rebuilt. But finally they put another distibutor in that wasn't show correct but we knew was working. Same problem. So then they switched out the coil, and it ran soooooo much better. They put the original concours distributor back in and it ran even better! WooHoo! Fortunately little ol' Poppy 65 vert had a working correct yellow top coil to donate. J.

She looks wonderful, Joyce! After all that hard work and some last minute problems, you all got her done. Glad you were able to get the engine problem straightened out. Not fun after all that work. But you all will make the show with her. Now go out and enjoy the car show Joyce. Congrads to all three of you for a job well done.Dave & Terri ------------------ '65 Mustang Fastback '66 Mustang Coupe '02 Explorer XLT Common sense isn't common anymore.

Nothing like cutting it close. I find myself doing something the night before a show all the time. Neighbors think I am crazy washing the car in the dark.------------------ Bill M Mystic,CT 65 Convertible 9"rear,5speed ,11"clutch,currently powered by a 302
