Hey guys,

Building a 351w with afr205's for my 66, its a factory manual tranny car. Does anyone know of ANY swap headers that will clear the factory clutch lever??? Every header I see is for an auto tranny.

Looks like I may need to run the hookers with a cable clutch?

THanks

Thanks for the fast responce. I must have overlooked that one. I think Im going to call hedman and hooker and speak with tech reps also.

Anyone run the accufab headers? What does the "spl" mean under the cylinder head column?

Thanks

I wondered about that too and after a little head scratching I believe it stands for "stock port location" as opposed to alot of aftermarket heads with raised ports...You can also try FPA headers..They will have a set that will fit your application..There are also hooker 6208 headers.I'm building a similar setup for my 68 so I've been looking for awhile.

ekbeanctr do the 6208s clear your clutch linkage without any tweaking?..I've heard you have to modify (cut and relocate) the bottom part of the Z bar on the 67-68s
