Ideal temperature is 70 degrees, I have used my judgement below that temperature. If I can work in just a t-shirt without the shivers I have went ahead and tried it with no problems so far. Metal temperature plays a role as well.

I'd stay above 55 degrees with all activated products. Some actually may go dormant below that temp and then never cure even if the temps are raised. There was a warning on some urethane clear I used not to spray below 55 degrees. At first I thought this was because it would have a good chance of running easily. Not the case. I later found out the activators need a minimum temp to work correctly. At low temps around 55 or so cure may be real slow (If epoxy based is normally slow cure in the first place)
70 degrees/ low humidity seems about the ideal conditions to spray in for sprayability and reasonable cure time, allowing to flow. Not quite as big a deal with primer. Just because it is above 55 in the garage though, doesn't mean the cars surface is that temp if it hasn't been sitting in there long. You could get different temp readings near the cement floor too then up higher too, for example. Best bet is to get at least around 60 degrees, and make sure the car is warmed up to that temp, and be able to maintain that temp for awhile.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the info, I was lucky today it was 69 degrees here in Ky, so I got it done outside, was great not to get the garage stunk up and dirty.
Thanks again Fred
