According to this web site,

http://www.svs.com/zim/mustang/69colors.html

It states, Royal Maroon (before 4/69).....

Yet on the PPG paint color page also provided, there isn't any ** adjacent it's Paint Code 'B', which would indicate it to be a "Mustang Spring Color"....

Thus, the subtitle on the example car doesn't seem to match the Paint Code page.

Does anyone know if Royal Maroon was offered on Mustangs built after 4/69 or not?

Thanks!
Ryan

P.S.
Check out the name of the light-green color coded as # 7. Yeah, it's noted as a "Maverick Spring Color", thus, not offered on Mustangs, but it is definitely a name that fits the "times"...!

I couldn't say for sure. I do know they weren't as strict with colors as they are now. The '70 Sportsroof I had in '79 was maroon and I think it was it's original color although I can't swear to it.

I wish I did. Sadly, I never took many pictures of my cars back in those days.

I don't have my paint charts in front of me, but I know that in '71 Royal Maroon was still available as an option and have seen Mustang brochures from 1971 that indicate as much.
