Topic: 73 Ranchero with grill foglite?

Anyone seen this option? Or was it even an option? Grill foglites and blaked out headlite surrounds?I can pick up this car fairly cheap has a 351 c 4 barrel and has only 75k miles. Owner says it is a GT ranchero but all the emblems say it is a Ranchero 500?------------------

The 73 GT had stripe kits whereas the 500 did not. Get the body code from the VIN plate. 97R was the GT, I cannot remeber the 500 Body Code offhand (but have the information here). I don't remember fog lamps in the grille of a 73 (had parking lights) and am sure the headlight doors were brite finish. ------------------

Mine is a 74 GT it actually has Ranchero GT in the dash badge and in a badge on the grille. Other than that and the FORD on the hood a tailgate I have no badges whatsoever. Don't know if it's any help or not.------------------
